Love the staff ,food and service at this Pizza inn! They are so nice and always go out of their way to help when needed. Pizza inn has been a favorite of my friends and family for as long as I can remember. It's our favorite pizza. No other Pizza tastes like theirs, especially the thin crust. I'm in my 60's now, but can remember when I was just a teenager and we had soccer practice at a field near my house by Town East blvd/ Baker St, which is the Pizza inn that used to be near my house. After soccer practice, all of us girls would walk up there on cold days and have a good hot pizza. Great comforting memories with friends, fun and delicious pizza. It really hasn't changed in all these years, just not as many locations now. Shout out to Farzana, who was especially helpful today! She took the time to really listen and I appreciate it so much. Lots of places now days just don't care and don't want to take the time to listen. Thank you☺️

It was my wife's and I first time here, and we will definitely be back. The staff was very welcoming. The serving bar was very clean. The staff does an amazing job keeping everything cleaned. The waitress there was very attentive, and quick with her job. She was very positive, and had a bright smile. This place beats Mama's Pizza in Plano, TX hands down. This will be our to go place for a pizza buffet. A lot of pizza options. I was surprised that they also had cooked pasta and meat sauce, in case you wanted spaghetti, or alfredo. Overall, I rate this place a 4 star.

Dear Management, I’m writing to bring a troubling situation to your attention from our visit to Pizza Inn. The manager, Al, was extremely rude to both myself and another guest. We simply asked him about the toddler pricing, as the sign stated kids three and under eat free but we were being charged $7.99. Toddlers don’t even eat that much, so it felt completely unfair. Another mother also raised a concern because her autistic son didn’t eat at all. Al dismissed her rudely, relying on a waitress’s false claim that the child had eaten, despite us all being able to see he hadn’t. The waitress never told him that. Also, when we asked about management/owners Al got very really got upset. We decided to just leave. I can’t help but to feel that Al’s attitude was discriminatory. While we did speak to another waitress, who happened to be the owner’s wife, and she was very kind and resolved the situation, it still left a sour taste. I need to be honest: after this experience, we won’t be returning. I wanted to share this so others know that, unfortunately, this place does not feel inclusive or welcoming to all.

I've been a loyal customer for over forty years at this location. I had this bad experience after returning to this location after many years. And to my surprise they still delivered their pizzas. I wasn't told I would be charged a delivery fee from PI and also I was expected to tip the delivery man. So ok, I tipped him $5.00 cash. That made my pizza $30 for a large thin crust 2 topping special for $12.99 I opened my pizza box, grabbed a slice and it fell into my lap while the others are eating it also drops but straight to the floor. Called PI to tell my story they said you can get a credit for next time! I said Ok, great. Now a week later I'm calling more times than I can count. No response, excuse after excuse no delivery person today the manager will be in at 5 he'll call you back to now saying theres a new owner and he'll call you back, now we're in week 2. Well that phone call never came. $30 for a $12.99 pizza I didn't even get to eat. Pictures attached: greasy nasty thin as paper when it was extra crispy please!

Delish!! Love supporting local. It’s our first time. Price was great. Personally $15 for a buffet should be the norm tbh. Food was fresh. Walked in felt very homey. Paid and Casey was our server she was running around doing great. Really positive and nothing seemed to bother her at all. She was doing swing by drink orders and you can tell she’s a really good server. This is someone who would be valuable in a high pressure situation. Love great customer service. The place got pretty busy and she just bustled around with a smile on her face like it was nothing. I did love that they announce the meals when they are replaced. I have never seen that done before fantastic. Everything here is cheesy so that is fantastic. The pizza was average but I loved that it was smaller pieces so I could try all of the options and there are plenty of options. I tried the salad as well the pieces are cut up so small they are perfect to eat and not get too much. I love eating a lot of everything in small portions. The Alfredo was nothing special it was a little thin but at the least the flavor profile was def good and standard. I hate when restaurants try to be creative with basic ingredients. And they
